Advanced Report Checklist

This checklist is your step-by-step guide to creating and managing Advanced Reports. Whether you're setting report criteria, modifying results, saving a custom setup, or running reports you've already built, follow the list to make the most of the Advanced Report module. Setting Report Criteria

2. Enter search criteria to pull a specific group of students into the report, and utilize More Search Options, as needed.

3. From the Available Fields section, choose the correct category to display its fields, such as Student Demo.

4. Select all the fields you want to include in the report.

5. To view fields in a different category, select the applicable category, such as Attendance, then select the applicable fields.

6. Select as many fields as you would like displayed in your report.

7. Once all fields have been selected, you can rearrange the fields to determine how the information will be displayed in the generated report by dragging and dropping.

8. To remove a field from the report, click the red X.

9. Click Run Report when all of the parameters have been set to run the Advanced Report.

Modifying the Advanced Report

1. Once the report has been run, click Modify Report at the top left of the screen to return to the previous screen and modify the parameters of the Advanced Report.

2. Apply student search parameters and More Search Options again, as needed. When modifying reports, this information will be cleared and must be re-selected.

3. Select anymore fields you want to include in the report, in addition to the fields added initially.

4. To remove a field from the report, click the red X.

5. Once all fields have been selected, you can rearrange the fields to determine how the information will be displayed in the generated report by dragging and dropping.
