Adding a Referral Checklist

This checklist helps teachers add a discipline referral for a student. See Add Referral for detailed information about each of the processes outlined in this checklist.

Adding a Referral

2. On the Search Screen, enter search criteria to locate the student and click Search.

3. In the list of search results, click the Student name.

4. Adjust the Incident Date, if needed.

5. Select the Teacher Code.

6. Fill out any additional required fields.

7. Once the form requirements are completed, click Save.

8. In the pop-up window, click Done to go to the Portal screen. Click Go To Referral to view the referral in the Referrals screen. Click Enter Another Referral to go back to the Add Referral screen.
