This checklist is your step-by-step guide to sending messages and announcements through the Communication screen. Whether your'e emailing, texting, calling, or attaching files, follow the list to stay organized and efficient. Messages can be scheduled, saved as drafts, and are always stored for easy access. Select the student recipient type from the provided pull-down. This option allows you to choose how the Student and/or Family will be receiving the message.
Upon clicking the Student Groups icon, the pull-down displayed all available student groups. Select the applicable student group from the pull-down.

The Final Date determines the last day the message will be active. Once this date passes, the message will no longer be sent out. If no Final Date is entered, the message will continue to be sent out until manually removed or deactivated.

Option 1: From the Compose tab, and click Use Template.
Option 2: From the Templates tab, select the template, then click Use This Template.
Option 3: From the Templates tab, while in Table View, click Use for the applicable template.
Option 4: From the Drafts, Polls, or Sign Ups tabs, and click Use Template.
